I had a massive weekend.
I don’t mean that in the boozy kind of way. Work was literally non stop. It was insanity.
I was soo looking forward to sleeping in this morning, but I woke up at 8am…rude. Luckily I fell back asleep and woke up just before noon, which is very abnormal for me. Goes to show how exhausted I was.
I felt like doing absolutely nothing today. I didn’t even have the energy to say ‘bless you’ when my sister sneezed.
The fact that it was cold, windy and rainy didn’t help either.
But I knew what the rest of my week was going to look like, so I decided to go to the gym.
I was only there for half an hour (maybe minus 5 minutes for fluffing about in the bathroom).
25 minutes is not exactly a long time, considering it takes me 20 minutes to walk there as well. And you might even question whether those 25 minutes were even worth it.
And you know what? The answer is yes. The answer will always be yes. Because that short workout I did was better than what I would have done otherwise…which was sit on the couch feeling sorry for myself.
I always teach my clients that any amount of time spent on improving yourself is better than nothing.
